SynclioClinical is a tightly-integrated suite — patient ePRO, 21 CFR Part 11 e-signatures, SMS-first recruitment, and lab/IRB tracking — built for the people actually running trials. Not the people who buy the software.
Each module stands alone — but they share auth, identities, audit trails, and the same Firestore project. No data round-trips between vendors. No CSV exports between systems.
SMS-delivered questionnaires (SF-12, EQ-5D, BPI, DLQI, custom). Patients answer on their phone — no app to download. Branching logic, retry cadences, multilingual.
Drop a PDF or DOCX, place signature fields, route to staff. Every signature is hash-chained. NCS/CS clinical-significance reviews and PI countersign workflows built in.
SMS-first recruitment pipeline. Leads from any source flow into a Kanban-style inbox. Contact attempts logged, opt-out enforced, screened-to-randomized funnel tracked.
The boring-but-critical stuff: kit inventory, IRB submission timelines, staff training expirations, equipment calibrations, license renewals. The things audit findings hit.
Three audiences, one platform. The same underlying data — different surfaces depending on what you need to see.
Stop juggling six logins per protocol. Patient outcomes, consent signatures, lab kit counts, and IRB deadlines on one screen.
Standardize what your sites use without the Veeva-scale procurement. Cross-site visibility, locked-down audit trails, BAA-covered infrastructure.
Set up a new protocol in hours, not weeks. Onboard sites with a single invite link. White-label per sponsor if needed.
I built SynclioClinical because the existing options for small-to-mid trials are either too expensive (Veeva, Medidata) or too narrow (point solutions that don't talk to each other). Sites end up with six logins and a CSV-export workflow. Sponsors pay for things they don't use.
I'm one engineer. The code is small and dense. The four modules share a single Firestore project, a single auth model, and a single audit trail. When you need a feature, I can build it — not route it through a product-marketing team. When something breaks, I fix it in the actual code.
It's invite-only because regulated software isn't a free trial. We'll talk first, you'll see the audit trail, you'll know who's behind the support email.
Tell me what you're running, what modules you need, and where you're stuck. I reply within one business day.
